Calling all introverts! If you find networking a little daunting and don’t know where to start, this workshop will give you practical tools and fresh confidence to build meaningful professional connections as a freelancer.

Join me, Susan Ring, for a supportive, interactive session where we’ll explore how to grow your network with intention, tap into community for career support, and bring your full self into professional spaces, while avoiding the awkward small talk (believe me, I’m an expert at that and will be happy to share my insights with you).

Susan brings her extensive expertise in language teaching, translation, and interpreting to the OLI Elevate programme, where she designs and implements training initiatives.

She also champions the holistic development of OLI staff, initiating coaching buddy pairings to foster team well-being and mental health.

With an entrepreneurial background and a passion for community building, Susan focuses on fostering personal and professional growth for OLI volunteers, believing in the transformative power of collective learning.
